Heated bathroom floors, high-quality toiletries, impressive room technology
The room size felt cramped, making it hard to manage belongings!!! Inconsistent housekeeping left dust and toiletries unrefreshed, which detracted from the stay!!! Noise from outside disturbed the peaceful ambiance!!!

had a fab time at the guardsman! felt like we were in a private club or somethin'. the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was really modern and nice. loved the breakfast too, best coffee ever! it’s also super close to buckingham palace which was a big plus.
only a couple of things could’ve been better, like the trash left in our room one day and the TV didn't work properly with casting from my phone.

Had an awesome stay! The service was top-notch – warm staff who went outta their way. The room was stylish and tech-savvy, which I loved. Plus, the breakfast was seriously some of the best coffee ever! Only thing was, the Wi-Fi could be spotty. Still, I’d definitely recommend this place!
